Ministering Moments  for the Ministry Assistant
The Work of Our Hands
And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us: and establish Thou the work of our hands upon us;
yea, the work of our hands
establish Thou it. Psalm 90:17

What you do for a living can be either ‘a job’ or ‘ministry’. The choice is yours. The job description is not what matters. Anything you do can be done to God’s glory. Each person in your office, from the Custodian to the Pastor, can show God’s love and beauty in every task performed. Your purpose on earth is to work to build the Kingdom for the Glory of God. When you are feeling like your work is meaningless or unappreciated, remember that you are no longer your own but God’s. He loves and appreciates your every effort to build His Kingdom. All of those around you see Him in you. Let them be drawn closer to God because of the love that they see in you. Inspired by the book Prayers & Promises for Women
